This Privacy Policy explains how Twisted360 LLC, doing business as Twisted360 MSP, collects, uses, protects and discloses information when you visit this website, contact us, request services, or pay an invoice.

1. Information we collect
We may collect business and contact information you provide, including your name, company, email address, phone number, billing details, service requests and communications. When we provide managed IT services, we may also process service records, device and account information, configuration details, support history, remote-support session details, and security or audit logs necessary to deliver and protect the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, quote and deliver managed IT, hosting, cloud, security, communications and support services; manage accounts and service records; provide remote support at your request or as authorized under your service arrangement; monitor, troubleshoot and secure systems; process payments; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain business records; and communicate about service, billing, security or policy matters.
3. Remote support and security logs
Remote-support access is used only when requested, scheduled, or otherwise authorized for the customer’s environment. Access may be logged, including technician, time, device or session information. Security logs and service records may be retained as reasonably necessary for troubleshooting, security, compliance, dispute resolution and continuity of service.
4. Payments and Stripe
Online invoice payments are processed directly through Stripe. Stripe processes payment-card information under its own privacy and security practices. Twisted360 MSP does not store complete card numbers. We may receive payment status, transaction references, billing contact details and limited payment metadata needed to reconcile your account. Recurring billing is used only when you expressly authorize it.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This site may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for security, session continuity, preferences and basic site operation. We do not use cookies to sell personal information.
6. Sharing, retention and security
We may share information with vendors that help us host, secure, support, communicate, or process payments, including Stripe, and with professional advisers or authorities when required by law. We do not sell customer information. We retain information as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, security, backups and dispute handling, using reasonable safeguards but no guarantee of complete security.
7. Your choices and contact
